fee which will be subtracted from your total cost of $540.

Reservation fee is non-refundable

Payment plans are available as follows:

Option 1- Total cost of program ($550)-  payments of $295.00 on the first day of
class then $255.00 on the 2nd Friday of class.
(this option will not save your seat, it is 1st come 1st serve)
Option 2- If you have already paid the $200 reservation fee ($550-$200= $350)- payments of
$195.00 on the first day of class then $155.00 on the 2nd Friday of class.
(by paying the Reservation fee it guarantees you a seat in the class, based on availability)

Ohio student disclosure course registration fee of $25 as required by rule 3332-1-22.1 of the
Administrative Code. To be paid by the student at the time of taking the course online, prior to the 1st day of class.

This is a one time fee payable only once for all classes, not per class and is good for one year.

Students will learn personal care, intake & output, chronic illnesses & basic nursing skills. They will also learn about
infection control, body systems, nutrition, hydration, and residence rights. This program will qualify students for
nursing home employment, assisted living, home care & hospital care.  This program will allow students to give
safer delivery of services to patients. It will prepare for other degrees which students may wish to pursue.  
Students will receive a certificate showing that they have completed the training which is required to take the state
exam which is offered at the school.

Tuition includes: Hand book, skills booklet, clinicals, instruction on preparing for interviewing skills, cover letter,
resume/portfolio, unlimited use of skills room, Internet and lab fees.

If classes are cancelled due to low enrollment by the school or unforeseen reasons by
the school, all fees will be refunded for that class.
