(this option will not save your seat, it is 1st come 1st serve). Option 2- If you have already paid the $200 reservation fee ($870-$200= $670)- payments of $223.34 on the first day of class then $223.33 on the 2nd & 3rd Thursdays of class. (by paying the Reservation fee it guarantees you a seat in the class, based on availability) The Phlebotomy Technician Program is designed to provide students with the knowledge & hands-on skills to perform competently as a skilled Phlebotomist. Students will receive a solid background in the fundamentals of anatomy & physiology of venipuncture, professional patient relations, accurate record keeping, standard precautions & safety regulations (OSHA). Upon successful completion, students will be eligible to take the optional, National Phlebotomy Certification Exam they will gain the credentials of a Nationally Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT). Must Have High School Diploma or GED, must be a minimum of 16yrs old. Must show proof of age and copy of high school diploma or GED at time of registration. Classes must have a minimum of 2 per class or it may be cancelled. If classes are cancelled due to low enrollment by the school, all fees will be refunded for that class only.
